How to exercise your privacy rights.
This page explains how to exercise your rights under laws including the EU/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, and other US state privacy laws. It supplements our Privacy Notice.
Who handles your request
- Data inside the ScaleIQ Service belongs to the customer that operates the workspace. They are the controller — please contact them directly; we will support them.
- Marketing-site visitors, prospects, and customer personnel — ScaleIQ is the controller; submit your request below.
Rights you may have
- Access, Correct, Delete, Port, Restrict / object, Opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), Withdraw consent, and Appeal a declined request.
How to submit a request
- Use our intake form: scale-iq.ai/legal/dsar-form (preferred).
- Or email privacy@scale-iq.ai with the subject “Privacy rights request.”
- Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with documented authorization.
What to expect
- Acknowledgment within 5 business days.
- Verification where required.
- Response within 30 days (GDPR/UK GDPR) or 45 days (US state laws), with one extension where permitted.
- No charge for the first reasonable request in a 12-month period.
Appeals
If we decline your request, you may appeal within 60 days by emailing privacy-appeals@scale-iq.ai. We respond within 60 days. You may also contact your supervisory authority or attorney general.
Children
If you believe data of a child under 16 is held by us as controller, contact privacy@scale-iq.ai and we will delete it promptly.
