Used only on our marketing site to measure campaigns. We do not use marketing cookies inside the authenticated Service.

Targeted advertising opt-out & Global Privacy Control
If you use a browser that sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, ScaleIQ will treat that signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and sale of personal data, as required under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code § 541.055). You do not need to take any additional action — we process GPC signals automatically.

Texas law does not currently require opt-in consent for non-sensitive cookies; however, ScaleIQ provides opt-out controls for all non-essential cookies. California residents may opt out of cookies used for cross-context behavioral advertising under CCPA/CPRA.
Your choices
- Consent banner — where required, accept all, reject non-essential, or customize. Revisit via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.
- Browser controls — most browsers let you block or delete cookies; blocking strictly-necessary cookies will break sign-in.
- Global Privacy Control — we honor the GPC signal as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal data and targeted advertising, as described above.
